Race morning check-in and mandatory gear checks, from 6.30am to 7.30am at race hub.

All competitors need to have their mandatory gear checked before they can receive their bib at race check-in.

WHETHER DEPENDENT GEAR RULE: If weather conditions are very cold or wet, the race director may make the decision at any time to pick up some of this gear and carry.
Personal bags are to be left at the race hub [start/finish] tent. Items left behind, will not be posted. It is your responsibility to collect them before 1pm Sunday.

Solo Runners: Run/walk with a dog or solo with no dog.
Group Runners: Your group (example family or friends) run with a dog/s or if you do not own a dog you may run/walk without.
Sunday, (race day) before event at the race.
Up to 30 mins before each race (after that, no bib, no race)
Free electric barbecues are available in the nearby picnic shelter area.
Caravans and campervans are welcome, but please note Coopernook HQ
is unpowered and does not offer a dump station.
